Terms or Use
We are dedicated to safeguarding any personal information collected on the SchoolDay.com website. Before using SchoolDay, you need to be at least 18 years old, and agree to these terms. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms for you.
We are constantly trying to improve our services, so this agreement may need to change along with the services. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, but we will bring this to your attention by posting a notice on the services, sending you a notice via email, and/or by some other means. If you don’t agree with the new terms, you may reject them but unfortunately you will no longer be able to use the services. Your use of the services in any way following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the services, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the services, at any time. We will provide you notice when we make a material change to the services.
You represent and warrant to SchoolDay that: (i) you are at least 18 years old (or, if you are not at least 18 years old, you have your parent’s permission to use the services, and your parent has read and agrees to this agreement on your behalf); (ii) all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; (iii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (iv) if you’re agreeing to this agreement on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to this agreement on that organization or entity’s behalf and bind them to this agreement (in which case, the references to “you” and “your” in these Terms, except for in this sentence, refer to that organization or entity). You also certify that you are legally permitted to use and access the Services and take full responsibility for the selection and use of and access to the services. This agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Activating Payments for Your School
First, schools have to designate at least one Lead. As a School Lead, you have to sign up for an account, and select a password and user name ("SchoolDay User ID"). School Leads promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You can't select for your SchoolDayUser ID a name that you don't have the rights to use or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person, nor can you select an SchoolDay Subdomain name that you don't have the right to use. In certain situations, your SchoolDay User ID may be selected for you by your school or district; the same rules apply to them when they select an SchoolDay User ID for you. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.
If you are a school or district activating payments, SchoolDay will verify your account eligibility by gathering the following information.
- Lead User First and Last Name
- Lead User School Title
- Lead User School Contact Information
- Lead User Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number
- School Bank Name
- School Bank Account #
- Routing Number
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (or if not, you've received your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services and gotten your parent or guardian to agree to these Terms on your behalf, as we described earlier). If you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity (for example, if you're an administrator agreeing to these Terms on behalf of your school), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that organization or entity's behalf and bind them to these Terms.
You promise to only use the Services for internal school related business and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you aren't authorized to use the Services. We can't and won't be responsible for you using the Services in a way that breaks the law.
Also, your use of the Services is subject to our general Terms of Service, which outlines what you can and can't do with and on the Services.
